Mediterranean Inspired Tilapia

This recipe is super simple to make. Simply marinate the tilapia for a few hours in lemon, salt, pepper, minced green chillies (optional), garlic, paprika, melted butter and a little olive oil. Before cooking, garnish fillets with round lemon slices, olives, capers and sundried tomatoes. Cook the fish in a pan or oven and enjoy with a side of your choice. Garnish with parsley/coriander.
